Describe the bug

Running ./v -g -o vdbg cmd/v && ./vdbg 'foo.v' && 'foo' on foo.v produced a compiler error.

Reproduction Steps

./v -g -o vdbg cmd/v && ./vdbg 'foo.v' && 'foo'

fn main() {
    panic('aaaa')
}
